Oh man, this will take some getting used to O__O;
Thanks Sketch by Nin-Wolf
Thanks Sketch
A quick sketch I made for ZaiaFantasy over at FR, as thanks for donating A LOT of cinnamon to me :D
This was a very experimental sketch - having downloaded Vesners brush pack I couldn't help but have fun with it.

Original Concept belongs to Flight Rising, and this sketch belongs to me.

Art Resources

After recently compiling a list of various digital art resources I use, I thought others may find them interesting as well. The list contains tutorials and the like of various qualities, as well as links to journals containing even more tutorial links!

Bullet; Orange Photo References

SketchDaily and Figure and Gesture Drawing
I have a feeling these two sites share photos without agreements, but bottom line, these are two excellent sites for sketching exercise. You can change the options to tailor a drawing exercise for yourself. Personally I recommend 30 second challenges - they're both fun and a great way to learn about anatomy and motion.

Posemaniacs

Here you can find a ton of different models. Though not entirely anatomically correct, they got the advantage of rotation - all poses can be rotated 360. Furthermore, most poses also exists in different angles, meaning you can easily study how the human body looks from different perspectives. Neat!

SenshiStock - FaeStock - null-entity
There are a lot of stock photographers on this site, and this is just a few of them, with the most famous probably being SenshiStock. Overall, I really recommend that you go through the Resources and Stock Images Category on dA - its one of the highlights of the site. Just remmeber to read their respective rules first!

dAPoses (Group)
Going directly from the previous sites, dAPoses contains a collection of stock photography. If you find a model you like, I recommend checking out the producer's account for more.

Bullet; Orange Video Tutorials

Sycra
Sycra is one of my favorite youtube artists, and has a ton of tutorials. They're fun and usually easy to undertand, and contians a large array of subjects. Great for beginners!

Vesner's Video Compilation
Vesner is hands down one of the best places to find art tutorials, not to mention that she is an excellent artist herself. She has already compiled some great tutorial compilations, so I find it easier to just point to them thatn to try and emulate perfection. This particular link contains a couple of video tutorials, including Sycra.

Bullet; Orange Vesner and other compilations

Vesner
One of my all-time favorite artist on this site, period, and the best thing is that she got a great deal of tutorials made by herself as well! Take a look around her page, you won't regret it.

Vesner's Tutorial Compilation
A grand compilation of tutorials made by other artists. And since Vesner herself is one hell of a proffesional, you can trust that these tutorials are truly useful (because let's face it, there are a bunch of misleading ones out there as well).

Cosmonautsharking's Art Resources Tag
There is a lot of random interesting stuff here.

Bullet; Orange Palettes

Paletton
Ever been stuck on an image, having no idea what colors to use? Well, that is what this Palette Picker is for. A personal recommendation is to try the randomize option and just go with whatever you get.

The Tumblr Palette Challenge
One day somebody on tumblr decided to post a bunch of palettes with numbers, and then magic happened. If you ever feel bored, or need some inspiration, pcik a palette that you like and draw, draw, draw!

Bullet; Orange Art Programs that are not Photoshop

FireAlpaca
While I have never tested this software myself, I'e heard many good things about it. Supports both Mac and Windows.

Gimp
Ever wanted photoshop, but don't have the money and don't want to download it? Gimp is your answer! I've never personally used it, but I've heard stories of countless others who love the program. Its basically a watered down version of Photoshop.

Paint Tool Sai
One of the problems with Photoshop is that at its core, it is a photo editing program, not an art program. That is where Sai comes in! It is much simpler, smoother and cheaper than Photoshop, so for any aspiring artists out there, this is the perfect tool for you!

Manga Studio
This is one of those programs I've always wanted to test but never got the money for. I'm not entirely sure of its pros and cons, but its there.

I am not the most active type. If you watch me, don't expect some productivity. But if you watch and apperiacte my art anyway, Thanks A LOT! It means so much!

Sometimes i'm unable to know what to respond, so if you comment and i don't respond, then it just means i can't come up with something good to say. I do read all my comments!

I mainly draw Manga/Comic style, favouring humans. Though I have no problem drawing animals and the like! I hope to one day be able to make concept art for a game or to be a comic writer. There are of couse other options too!
